Cherry Creek Construction was established in 1992 as a custom home framing contractor. We have an exceptional core knowledge of the custom build/design process due to a framing background going back to 1985.

We are local residents maintaining a year round home in Happy Jack and have been building exclusively in the Happy Jack area since 1999. We have developed an extensive background in log home and SIP construction as well as conventional framed homes. We are proud of our energy efficient homes.
